The storm flew into my life without warning and with such a force that it brought me to my knees, threatening to rip apart the last remaining fragile threads of my faith. In a single moment, my life and that of my two daughters were forever changed and were faced with the task of sifting through the chaos and destruction this storm left of our lives. THE STAGES OF GRIEF
Whenever a person has suffered any kind of loss, whether it be the loss of a relationship through separation, divorce, or death, or the loss of a job, or perhaps the loss of health due to disease and injury, the pain of this loss will force us into a period of grief. Just how long this cycle of grief lasts varies with each individual and also depends on the nature of the loss.
